Brandi Williams is co-anchor on Good Morning San Diego weekends from 6am to 10am and feature reporter for GMSD during the week.
Though she is new to the area, she has called California home in the past. Brandi worked for KTLA news in Los Angeles for 2 years as a lifestyle correspondent and pet expert. She founded their Give Pets a Chance program and is responsible for finding hundreds of animals homes. While in LA, she also hosted television shows including Mark Burnett's 'Toughest Cowboy' on Spike TV and America's New Years Eve party with Ryan Seacrest. Brandi also spent three years as an entertainment reporter for the TV Guide Network, interviewing hundreds of stars including Tom Cruise and Angelina Jolie, and three years as host of 'The Ultimate Poker Challenge.' Most recently, she anchored the nationally syndicated morning show "The Daily Buzz" live from Orlando, FL.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Brandi holds true to her small town country roots. She's an avid country music fan, calling Brad Paisley "the man she'd be so nervous to meet!" She owns a quad, grew up with cows in her backyard and has no shame attending a NASCAR event! When not doing the news, Brandi loves cooking, traveling, water sports, spending time with her furry, four-legged babies and exploring San Diego! She can also be seen visiting patients at Rady Children's and Scripps Hospital, as she is enrolled in their pet therapy program.
