SAN DIEGO (KUSI) - Friday marks the legal deadline for making a public vote possible on January 12th, in regards to the city's efforts to keep the Chargers in San Diego.
Though, Kevin Faulconer says the vote can't happen with the Chargers refusing to negotiate.
Next month the mayor and county supervisor Ron Roberts are expected to present the latest stadium proposal at the NFL owners meeting in New York City.
