April 21st....
No, this powerful heatwave is not Al Gore's global warming, but it is an impressive high pressure center and is setting some record highs.
I have spent some time working on the speech I will give in Salt Lake City on Wednesday. Here is an excerpt:
Significant Man-Made Global Warming is a myth based on bad science. I do not hate Al Gore and give him credit due for serving with honor as the Vice President of the United States and I acknowledge that he garnered at impressive 52 million votes for President of the United States. However, he is no scientist and he has made an absolute mess of things with his global warming campaign. His science is wrong, dead wrong, and his fear mongering diatribes are inexcusable. Ladies and gentleman, I must conclude that Al Gore is full of prunes. I am asking, I am begging, all of you to set your political and environmental agendas aside for a few moments and hear me out on my only point: the science behind the global warming frenzy is wrong.
