15 motorists arrested for drunk driving in Pacific Beach

PACIFIC BEACH (KUSI) – Fifteen motorists were arrested Saturday for drunken driving in or near a sobriety/driver’s license checkpoint in Pacific Beach.

Thirteen vehicles were impounded during the checkpoint at the 4200 block of Mission Bay Drive.

San Diego Police Officer Mark McCullough said 1,448 vehicles passed through the checkpoint and 763 vehicles were screened by officers.
