Escondido and Hilltop facing off in an opening round Division 3 girls water polo contest.

Lancer sophomore Makaylin Mcintyre leads Hilltop with 3 goals on the afternoon.

The Cougars are led by seniors Monet Adams (3 goals) and captain Sophia Speckhahn (4 goals) and go on to win 11-4.

With the win Escondido advances to the quarterfinal round of the playoffs, while Hilltop’s season comes to an end with an overall record of 4-11.
