2/25/19 Baseball: Eastlake 7, Grossmont 2

Eastlake hosted Grossmont baseball in an Aztec-Foothiller pool play game.

The Titans jumped out to a 6-0 lead; the Foothillers responded with two solo home runs in the fourth inning by Justin Brown and Max Ford.

Eastlake’s Marcelo Mayer made a great play at shortstop to get the runner out at first base; Mayer also scored 3 times in the game.

The Titans cruised to a 7-2 win; the winning pitcher was sophomore Ray Cebulski (1-0).
