$2 million lottery ticket sold at Spring Valley store

SPRING VALLEY (CNS) – A scratch-off ticket worth $2 million was bought at a Spring Valley store, the California Lottery announced Monday.

The winner wished to remain anonymous, but lottery officials said the “Set for Life” ticket was purchased last week at Ray's Market at 9762 Campo Road.

Raymond Kassab, the store's manager, described the winner as “a regular customer here, and he's a really nice guy.”

The “Set for Life” game pays out $100,000 annually over 20 years.

The store only began selling lottery tickets last month.
