Poway played Coronado in the inaugural La Jolla Mixer Tournament at La Jolla High.

Titans Tanner Swindall and Lucas Shepard with a game-high 9 kills.

Logan Shepard recorded 24 assists for Poway.

The Titans won the match 2-0 (25-16, 25-15). The twin brothers of Logan and Lucas Shepard will be a strong duo for Poway this season.

The Islanders had some good plays and will learn from this early season game.
