3/19/18 Girls Lacrosse: Otay Ranch 8, Olympian 7

Off the opening faceoff, Otay’s Jacquline Beas losses the ball but then gets it back and scores to make it 1-0 Mustangs but they trailed by 3 goals at the half.

Fast forward to 3 minutes left, tied at 6 and Otay’s Bridgette Greene scores off a penalty to take the lead, 7-6 Otay

30 seconds left now and Olympians’ Isabel Friedly beats the defense and ties it up, were going to overtime

That’s when Otay’s Lizette Higuera slips it past the goalie and that will be your game winner. Otay wins 8-7 in overtime
