The San Marcos Knights are headed to the Lions Baseball Open Division semifinals with a big win over Granite Hills, 8-0.

Luca Martinez went 3-for-4 with a single and 2 doubles, while team captain Vincent Martinez also went 3-for-4 with a double and 2 singles.

On the mound, Shane Whittaker went the distance for the Knights. He allowed no runs, had 4 strikeouts and only 1 base on balls.
