4/1/19 Softball: Hilltop 3, Mission Bay 2

Hilltop hosted Mission Bay in a non-league softball game.

In the second inning, Buccaneer catcher Cat Griffiths throws the runner out at third base in an attempted steal.

Mission Bay took a 2-0 lead into the sixth inning but the Lancers scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth; Hilltop freshman Nayeli Martinez singles to center scoring Vanessa De La Luz and Hanely for the winning runs.

Hilltop wins 3-2.
