4/11/18 Baseball: Poway 8, Westview 3

Baseball in the Palomar League, as the Westview Wolverines challenge the Poway Titans.

Top of the first, Westview’s Leo Mosby hits to the left field fence for a double, bringing in two for a 2-0 lead.

Top of the third, Ryan Cho with a pop up foul, Poway’s Kyle Nevin is on it with the leaping catch to end the inning.

Bottom of the fourth, Trevor Tishenkel doubles to left fence, and two fellow Titans score for a 4-3 lead. Pitcher Trevor Riley goes the distance for the 8-3 win.

Poway remains undefeated in conference and 14-3 overall for the year.
