4/18/18 Baseball: Poway 11, Mt. Carmel 2

The 3-0 Mt. Carmel Sundevils head east on the 56 to face the 3-0 Poway Titans.

Bottom of the fourth, Poway’s Kevin Van Linge with a double deep into center brings in two runs for a 4-0 lead.

Bottom of the fifth, Trevor Tishenkel with a shot deep into right brings home two increasing the lead to 6-0.

Top of the sixth, Mt. Carmel’s Mateo O’Sullivan singles to the left field fence for two runs getting the Sundevils on the board, but it was not enough as Poway wins 11-2.
