Poway played Coronado in a non-league girls lacrosse game.

In the first half, the Islanders’ Catie Ward scores back to back goals and leads all with four goals.

In the second half of the game, the Titans’ Camdyn O’Donnell scores one of her team-high three goals for the 8-7 lead.

Less than 5 minutes remaining when Coronado’s Camden DeMaio scores on the free position for the winning goal; Islanders prevail 11-9.

DeMaio finishes with a hat trick.
