4/7/18 Baseball: San Ysidro 3, Serra 2

Bottom 1, it’s Alberto Johnson for San Ysidro who singles to score Juan Silva and that ties the game at 1-1.

But Top 2, Serra responds with a hit from Andrew Sanders, Chris Thomas is safe at the plate it’s 2-1 Serra.

In the 4th, with two outs, San Ysidro’s Samuel Lopez hits a soft ground ball, but an error at first lets a run score, it’s tied again at 2.

Then in the 7th, bases loaded and two outs for Luis Rivera, the Cougars pitcher, and he comes through with the walk-off single, Silva scores and this game is over.

San Ysidro wins it 3-2, final.
