4th of July celebrations around San Diego

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – This Thursday, millions of Americans will be celebrating 4th of July. The holiday is celebrated throughout San Diego County with a variety of events that are fun for the whole family.

– Coronado Island parade and annual “Crown City 12-K Run at Dawn” along Orange Ave.

– Old Town Traditional 1800s Celebration featuring wagon rides, dancing and volunteers dressed in colonial clothing.

– Oceanside’s 25th annual Independence Day Parade featuring floats and classic cars.

Fireworks will be displayed around the county.
