San Diego Sheriff new powers to keep peace during protests

A new County Ordinance is giving Sheriff Bill Gore the right to restrict public access and take other measures to keep the peace during political protests. Bill Gore was in studio to talk more about this new ordinance and what protestors are saying about it.
