A need for more women leaders in STEM

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Dr. David Andrews, President of National University and Carol Dedrich), CEO of Girl Scouts San Diego joined Good MOrning San Diego to discuss what they’re doing to  close the gender gap by igniting and sustaining girls’ interest in STEM careers.

The two will speak to community leaders at National University’s La Jolla campus from 3 to 4 p.m. about why STEM-focused community partnerships like NU’s partnership with Girl Scouts San Diego is vital to ensure our community and the nation remain a leader in innovation.
