A Real Solution!

Monday, October 28, 2013 – KUSI's Michael Turko says neighbors and city officials are finally coming together on a tough drainage case that's been a problem for years. Turko says 3 out of 4 North County homeowners have now agreed to a new storm-drain system that could eliminate flooding and sinkholes. The lone holdout is a elderly man who owns the property at the end of the block. The new storm drain would end on his property where it meets at a small stream. Neighbors are hoping they can convince him to give a little like they have, for a city improvement that will benefit the entire community.
