A Risky Proposition!

Tuesday, July 16, 2013 – KUSI's Michael Turko says homeowners in Escondido are making progress in their battle with the city over a ruptured storm drain. The city has a plan to repair the pipe but Turko says it leaves the homeowners facing a tough decision. The homeowners tell Turko they're all leaning toward giving the city that easement. They say they really have no choice because they can't afford to maintain the pipe themselves and future sinkholes could cause serious property damage.
