Monday, August 12, 2013 – They called KUSI's Michael Turko when they couldn't understand what was going on at South Carlsbad State Beach. Turko says the state is spending big bucks on RV hook-ups that don't work, while neglecting dangerous stairways.
Believe it or not, right now our entire state park system gets less than one-tenth of one percent of the state budget.
And that's led to some strange behavior by park officials.
