All northbound San Ysidro checkpoint lanes reopen

The line to cross the border into the U.S. at San Ysidro is going to move a lot quicker beginning Wednesday.

Seven northbound inspection lanes are reopening, after a two-year stint during which workers have been rebuilding the primary inspection area.
