Alzheimer’s, dementia-diagnosed woman missing in Spring Valley
SPRING VALLEY (CNS) – A 73-year-old woman diagnosed with Alzheimer's
disease and dementia went missing from her home in Spring Valley Wednesday.
World Luz Loper left her home on foot around noon, according to the
sheriff's department.
A Filipino, Loper is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has
short white hair done in a Mohawk and has brown eyes.
She was wearing a black visor, dark blue hooded sweater that zips in the
front, blue jeans, black shoes and wears a backpack. She has been known to
wear trash bags if it is raining.
If you ask her her age, she will smile and say, “Sweet 16.”
