Hannah Anderson found safe;James DiMaggio killed

Double-murder and kidnapping suspect James Lee DiMaggio was fatally shot by a federal agent in an Idaho wilderness preserve Saturday, and the teenage Lakeside girl he allegedly abducted was safely recovered, San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore announced this evening.    An FBI tactical agent shot DiMaggio, after which 16-year-old Hannah Anderson was rescued, according to Gore. The girl appeared to be unharmed, he said.
