Anti-harassment training and SB 778

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The California State Legislature recently signed SB 778 into law, which requires all businesses with five or more employees to provide mandatory anti-harassment training for each employee.

The new law aims to create a better and safer workplace.

Ashley Virtue, Director of External Relations at the National Conflict Resolution Center, was in studio to tell us more.
