Assemblymember Kevin Kiley on legislation to end Newsom’s executive powers

California Assemblymember Kevin Kiley (R-Rocklin) filed a lawsuit against California Governor Gavin Newsom claiming overreach of executive powers.

Kiley joined Good Morning San Diego to explain why he filed the brief saying, “legislation to end Newsom’s executive powers and restore decision making authority to local governments.”
