Attorney for Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher explains the possibility of a pardon by President Trump

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – President Trump is asking files to be prepared for pardoning several US Military members accused of, or convicted of, war crimes.  Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher is believed to be among those being considered for a pardon by the President.

His attorney, Tim Parlatore spoke to KUSI’s Logan Byrnes today about that and the upcoming trial which is scheduled to begin next Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day.
