Average gas price across San Diego County dropped below $4
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped below $4 for the first time since April 12 today, decreasing 1 cent to $3.994.
The average price has dropped 16 of the past 17 days, decreasing 10.6 cents, including nine-tenths of a cent on Wednesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It is 4.3 cents less than one week ago and 6.8 cents lower than one month ago but 24.4 cents more than one year ago.
The average price dropped 12 consecutive days, was unchanged Sunday and resumed decreasing on Monday.
