Back to School at Mesa College

Community college students in San Diego are heading back to school Monday morning. Allie Wagner was live at Mesa College to take a look at the back to school festivities and excitement.

She spoke to President Pamela Luster and several students about the San Diego Promise Program, which provides up to two years of free tuition to eligible students.
