Bicyclist injured in Mira Mesa
SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A 59-year-old man on a bicycle crashed and broke an arm when he was clipped by a motorcycle’s foot peg in the Mira Mesa section of San Diego Friday night.
The bicyclist was not using the bike lane when he was struck about 7:30 p.m. in the 6700 block of Mira Mesa Boulevard, said San Diego Police Department Officer Robert Heims.
He was taken to a hospital for treatment, Heims said.
The crash was under investigation.
