Bloody victim found inside Encanto home
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — A man in his 60s suffered severe facial injuries Thursday afternoon, possibly at the hands of two males seen running from his garage in San Diego’s O’Farrell neighborhood, police said.
A neighbor saw two males run from the victim’s garage in the 200 block of 65th Street a little after 3 p.m. and get into a waiting vehicle — described as a gray 1980s-model Honda — that left the scene heading south, according to San Diego police Officer Robert Heims.
"The witness went to the garage to check on his neighbor and saw him with severe facial injuries,” Heims said.
The man was taken to a hospital, but the extent of his injuries was not immediately available, Heims said.
Detailed suspect descriptions were not available and it was unclear if a weapon was used in the attack, the officer said.
