Booty Burn Workout!
(repeat each exercise 20 to 30 reps 2/3 times)

1. Pulse squat & jump
2. Abduction jumps
3. Abduction squat pulse
4. Squat and kickbacks
5. Partner bent knee push
6. Band donkey kicks
7. Glute lift Abduction
8. Single leg lift & cross kick
