Border Patrol Agents arrest 31

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – On Wednesday night, Border Patrol Agents arrested 31 individuals suspected of being in the country illegally. The individuals were taken into custody.

Four subjects were taken to a local hospital for pre-cautionary evaluation.

Authorities attempted to stop two suspected load vehicles traveling westbound on the I-8 freeway, but the vehicles failed to yield and continued to flee from agents. 

Eventually, both vehicles were seized by the U.S Border Patrol. 

Agents arrested the driver and 16 individuals from one vehicle, and the driver and 15 additional individuals from another vehicle.
