Border Patrol Agents pull 60 illegal immigrants from Tijuana River

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Thursday morning, U.S. Border Patrol Agents rescued roughly 60 illegal immigrants from the Tijuana River.

The migrants were then detained, including several families.
