Breaking News: Arrest made in case involving Hwy 163 shooter

District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis, appearing on the KUSI's Good Morning San Diego program Thursday, confirmed that a suspect has been arrested in the shooting of a college student on State Route 163.  A press conference will be held at 11:00am today with more details.
