Californians to decide fate of Gov. Gavin Newsom on recall election day

KEARNY MESA (KUSI) – Turnout in this year’s recall election is expected to surpass previous years.

Voter turnout could reach as high as 70% compared to a 66% turnout in the 2003 recall of California Gov. Gray Davis.
