Calm conditions expected to continue through the week
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The county can expect to see calm weather again Wednesday which will to continue for the rest of the week and weekend as a ridge of high pressure continues to build. Like yesterday, winds will be tranquil and skies will be clear. Similar conditions can be expected on Easter Sunday.
The high surf advisory that was in effect Tuesday until 2 p.m. has expired. Waves are down to 3 feet, much calmer than the swells earlier in the week. Over the weekend, some offshore flow will return.
Today’s high temperatures are expected to be between 69 and 74 degrees for the beaches, 75 to 80 degrees for inland areas, 76 to 80 degrees in the valleys, 67 to 73 in the mountains and 82 to 87 in the deserts.
