Camp Pendleton Marine surprises sons with special homecoming

SAN DIEGO (KUSI)- It was a happy surprise for two southern California boys. They didn’t know their Marine dad was coming home but he surprised them at their local YMCA.

Master Sergeant Jeremy Nieznanski has been serving overseas with Combat Logistics Battalion 13 out of Camp Pendleton. It’s his sixth deployment.

He even missed his newest son’s first birthday in December.

The boys thought their dad wouldn’t be home for some time.

One of the kids says his big goal while his dad is home is to play Legos and Fortnite with him.
