Carlsbad Taco Bell robbed

CARLSBAD (CNS) – Carlsbad police were on the lookout Tuesday for a gunman who reached into a Taco Bell drive-through window and robbed the restaurant of cash.

The robbery at 6017 Paseo Del Norte was reported at 10:39 p.m. Monday, according to Carlsbad police.

The gunman was on foot and had ordered food from the drive-through just prior to the robbery, police said.

No one was hurt.

Police described the robber as white and in his early 20s, last seen wearing a white ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt and black gloves.
