Cervical Cancer Awareness Month

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Nearly 13,000 women in the U.S. are diagnosed with cervical cancer every year, but the disease is preventable with the right screening and vaccination.

Dr. Jyoti Mayadev, Chief of Gynecology Oncology Radiation Services at UCSD, and Margaux Stack-Babich, Program Manager of the Immunotherapy Foundation, were in studio to tell us more.
