Challenged Athlete Foundation helps double leg amputee athlete

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A Kenyan native recruited to run track in school in Alaska ended up losing both legs to frostbite in a snowstorm.

The Challenged Athlete Foundation helped Marko Cheseto Lemtukei afterward with running prosthetics and now he holds the amputee marathon world record at the Chicago marathon.
