Yield: 1 pound (Ingredients can be found at Baron’s Market)


1 cup Organic Cocoa Powder

1 cup Cocoa Butter

½ cup Honey (Manuka)

1 t Vanilla Bean Paste 1. Melt the cocoa butter in a Double boiler.

2. Remove from the heat.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in until smooth.

4. The chocolate is now ready to be poured into molds or made into ganache.

For Almond Ganache:

1. Add ½ cup of almond milk and mix in.
