Chula Vista Police, City Hold its 8th Annual Night Out Against Crime

CHULA VISTA (KUSI) – Earlier tonight, Chula Vista held its 8th annual “Night Out Against Crime.”

Residents were invited to the police department to get to know the local officers and city leaders.

Visitors toured police headquarters and received crime prevention tips.

Chief Kennedy then introduced us to a woman whose family member was murdered, and the body was found inside of a barrel in the harbor last October.

The goal for National Night is to make the community safe and a more caring place to live.
