Repeat each exercise 20/30 reps 2/3 times:

1. Walkout pike toe taps
2. Plank side knee tucks
3. Plank arm reaches
4. Hip dips
5. Side jackhammers
6. Knee tuck/kick up/leg drop
7. Leg circles
8. Straight leg scissors
