SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – KUSI fitness expert Cindy Whitmarsh demonstrated her “At home upper body circuit” on Good Morning San Diego.

Perform each exercise 20/30 times, 2/3 times:

1. Alt punches into Arnold press
2. Hammer curl should tap into lat raise
3. Front raise/Triceps ext
4. Up dog/down dog
5. Plank rock
6. Push up/down up /Reaches
7. Alt plank reach/push-up/walk back
8. Bridge flys
