Upper body interval workout!
(perform the cardio exercises for one minute, the weight training exercises 20/30 reps, 2/3 times)

1. Walk out push-ups
2. Split arm swings to around world
3. Quick feet to cross punches
4. 4X biceps to overhead press
5. Moving Bob and weave
6. 2X plank walk to arm walking
7. Shld tapping plank jacks
8. Dip and cross punch
