Perform each exercise for one minute repeat 2 to 3 times!

1. Bench jumps
2. Step up biceps
3. Switch feet jumps
4. Flies and Glute raise
5. Bench jump overs
6. Push-up and torso twist
7. Step knee down down
8. Leg drops reverse crunch
