City fails to coordinate with nonprofits to address homelessness

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A humanitarian crisis is unfolding on the streets of San Diego, with record breaking numbers of homeless on the streets of the city each month.

The Alpha Project has been on the front lines of the battle for 37 years, but they say local leaders have failed to reach out and collaboration.
