City looking to accommodate homeless population who live in their cars

MISSION BEACH (KUSI) – City Council will soon decide how to accommodate the homeless population that lives in their cars. There’s over 14 million dollars from the State Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP) Grant and in Mayor Falconer’s outline, there is an amount set aside to expand overnight safe parking.
