City of San Diego: Too many drivers ignored moving water

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – San Diego city officials said it was a once in a hundred year rain event.

They’re talking of course about this week’s wild weather courtesy of the biggest El Nino in history.

Those same city officials are also conducting a postmortem on how well the city performed in dealing with so much rain.
